  1. Taxes
    Greater than or equal to 1000 & less than or equal to 2499: 12 %
    Greater than or equal to 2500 & less than or equal to 7499: 18 %
    Greater than or equal to 7500: 28 %
  2. Payment Terms :
    (a) All bookings are provisional till the payments are received by us in one the following bank accounts:

  3. Cancellation Policy :
    (a) 25% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 7 days in advance from check-in date.
    (b) 75% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 3 days in advance from check-in date.
    (c) 100% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 2 days in advance from check-in date.
  4. (a) Check-In Time : 12 Noon
    (b) Check-Out Time : 11.30 AM
  5. All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis as quoted at the time of reservations only or subject to availability.
  6. No refund for short stay and unavailed facilities.
  7. Package rates stated herein are inclusive of All Taxes.
  8. Full payment by Cash/Cheque in favor of “Fairmount Hotels Pvt. Ltd.” in HDFC Bank A/c 50200019403586 (IFSC code : HDFC0000327) , Payable at New Delhi at the time of reservation, 07 days prior to check-in to avoid auto-release of room reservation.
