Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via the website, email, or telephone at Fairvacanze Inns & Suites. Please read these carefully as they contain important information about your stay with us. Should you need any clarifications or further information, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
Booking Requests
Completion of Booking:
Your booking will only be considered complete once you receive a confirmation number from the Reservations Department, at which point a contract will be formed between you and Fairvacanze Inns & Suites (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Hotel”).
Guests under 18:
Please note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests who are under the age of 18.
Deposit for Your Accommodation
Payment:
All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), and payment is accepted only in Indian Rupees.
A prepayment (minimum 50%) is required to secure your booking, and your reservation will stand confirmed only after the payment is received.
A flexible payment option is available only for bookings made directly with the Hotel or via the website. The prepayment amount will differ according to the season or package chosen and will be advised to you at the time of making your reservation. When booking directly through the website, the prepayment amount will be highlighted in the Payment Terms & Conditions at the time of booking.
A full payment is required for bookings made through third-party agents or any source other than the ones specified above.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time:
Rooms will be available for check-in from 12:00 PM IST on the day of arrival, unless prior intimation has been received. Please let us know your arrival details at the time of booking.
Check-out time:
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM IST unless prior arrangements have been made.
Security:
You may be required to confirm your identity by providing your passport, driving license, or another form of photo ID upon check-in. Guests traveling from outside India are required by law to present their passport and inform the Reception of their next destination at the time of check-in. If you do not have valid proof of ID, we reserve the right not to honor your reservation.
Charges:
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST charges at the time of making your booking.
All charges incurred during your stay, for example, food and beverage charges and any room charges not paid for in advance, must be settled upon check-out. Please let us know before check-out if you notice any discrepancies in any charges.
Your Stay
During your stay, we ask that you comply with the following house rules:
* Our Rooms: The images of our rooms and facilities on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Your room or the facilities you use may vary slightly from those images. While we will try to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee specific accommodation during your stay.
* Food & Drink: The Hotel offers many options for food and beverages. We do not allow outside food to be brought in for the safety of our guests. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform us in advance.
* Noise: Please respect other guests and nearby residents by keeping noise to a minimum during your stay.
* No Smoking: The Hotel is a non-smoking establishment across all rooms and common areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and any enclosed spaces.
* Animals & Pets: Animals and Pets are strictly prohibited.
* Children’s Policy: Children from 0-6 years may stay in their parent’s room at no additional cost. Children aged 6-12 years will be accommodated at an additional charge as per applicable rate. Children above 12 years will be considered adults and charged accordingly.
Accidents & Inappropriate Behavior:
* Accidents: In the event of an accident or injury during your stay, please immediately report it to a member of the Hotel staff for safety and insurance purposes.
* Inappropriate Behavior: We request that you refrain from any improper, violent, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to require you to leave the premises if you fail to respect this policy.
Damage:
Guests must respect the rooms and facilities. If any damage occurs or items are missing upon departure, we reserve the right to charge the card used to secure your booking for a reasonable fee to cover the damage or missing items.
Parking:
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage to your car, theft, or missing belongings. Please ensure that valuables are removed from your car.
Liability & Activities:
The Hotel acts as a booking agent for third-party activities. Suppliers have ultimate responsibility for safety, and any cancellation, denial of access, or forfeiture of money paid is the supplier’s decision.
Your Personal Information:
We will use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable law.
Force Majeure:
The Hotel will not be responsible for any delays or failures in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as floods, landslides, snow, fires, or other natural disasters.
Governing Law & Disputes:
These terms are governed by Indian law. You may bring legal proceedings related to your stay at the Hotel in Indian courts.
